Welcome to the Baltimore School of the Bible for the 2019-2020 academic year. As the School opens classes for its 89th year, we renew the commitments of those Christians whose vision began the School, and those whose faithfulness has sustained it.

Our purpose has always been to teach the Word of God, in a school that (in the words of our official history) is “fundamental in its teaching, evangelical in its purpose, non-denominational in its scope, evangelistic in its purpose, and missionary in its outlook.”

Baltimore School of the Bible has a great history with an impressive list of graduates you will find in these pages. But we begin each new school year based on a faith that is forward looking – a faith that is ready for what the Lord will do tomorrow and in the year before us.

A ministry based on faith in Jesus Christ, and a life lived in that faith, is always forward looking: honoring the past and rising to meet the future. Faith reaches forward to the things that are before. Faith sees and embraces things that are afar off. Faith continues a quest for a city whose builder and maker is God.

We begin this new year in confident and expectant faith, as we welcome a new student body and a new academic year, to again embark on a journey of discovery into the unsearchable riches of the Bible.
